Event Information
Pacific Sports Car Club
presents a Championship Event:
The Almost Valentine's Day Massacre
When:  Sunday, February 10, 2008
Where:  Auto Club Speedway
Fees:  $10 - Juniors with SCCA membership & points card; $15 - Juniors with neither of the above.

$35 - Base entry fee. (SCCA members)
$5 discount for SCCA members with a CSCC Points Card
$5 additional for weekend SCCA membership.

AS OF 2008, ALL ENTRANTS MUST BE SCCA MEMBERS. A WEEKEND MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL EVENTS.

EACH ENTRANT WILL RECEIVE 4 RUNS
X-RUNS WILL BE AVAILABLE @ $25 if in addition to class runs and do not require an additional work assignment.

EARLY & LATE RUNS WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH PRIOR CONSENT FROM EVENT ORGANIZERS 
Times:  Registration/Tech - 7:00 am to 1:00 pm (PLEASE REGISTER FIRST)

Mandatory drivers meeting at 8:15 am and at lunch.
Course walking 7:00-8:00 am and at lunch. A Novice course walk will be available.

1st car out at 8:30 a.m.

Course will be closed for walking at 8:00 am and 15 minutes after the start of lunch
 
Safety:  Helmets must conform to Snell 95 or newer. Some loaners will be available.
Held under the SCCA Solo rules and the CSCC Solo Supplemental Regulations.
Children under 18 years old MUST have a waiver signed by both parents. Waiver forms are available at SCCA.com.
No alcohol or other intoxicants may be used on the event site by anyone.
 
Special Rules:  NOTE: CARS NEED TO BE IN A 'READY-TO-RUN' CONDITION BEFORE GOING TO TECH (all loose items removed & proper #'s & CLASS LETTERS on the car, etc.). CLASS LETTERS are available at TECH.
Closed exhaust - 95db noise standard

Event officials reserve the right to make changes as needed without further notice.

For the morning or afternoon sessions, ladies work the same as the open group and run in the remaining group.

If open is 1, both work 2, ladies run 3.
If open is 2, both work 3, ladies run 1.
If open is 3, both work 1, ladies run 2.

If open is 4, both work 5, ladies run 6.
If open is 5, both work 6, ladies run 4.
If open is 6, both work 4, ladies run 5.
