Event Information
CASOC
presents a Practice Event:
CASOC Spring Picnic - BBQ - Test n Tune
When:  Saturday, March 27, 2010
Where:  El Toro
Fees:  Limited to 100 participants

Single Entry is, $75.
Add $15 for shared entries (shared entry works once, splits 12 runs)

Includes 12 runs on a Tom Berry nationals style course; test area including two slaloms runs and skid pad; Food is included with your practice entry.

Junior karts may run at the junior kart course to be set up and administered by the parents

CASOC members and guests should get their entries in two weeks prior to ensure their spots. Board members and core workers automatically qualify as guests. The remaining spots will be filled by checks in the order received with priority given to points card holders and those entered in the El Toro ProSolo.

It's in your best interest if your Entry includes you SCCA and points card number if you have one.

This will be a Tom Berry designed course. If you want to experience autox at its' best on the same surface as the Pro Solo next month, this is where you want to be. Get your checks in early and often.

Times:  Tech/Registration 7:00 - 8:30
Course closes for walking at 8:20
Drivers meeting 8:30
First car out at 9:00

12 runs each (almost)guaranteed (4 runs per session marked off in grid)

Six work groups

Each participant will work once, about an 85 minute work session.

This is subject to change depending on weather and number of entries. 
Safety:  Held under the SCCA Solo Rules and the CSCC Solo Supplemental Regulations.

Helmets must conform to Snell 95 or newer. Some loaner helmets will be available.

No alcohol or other intoxicants may be used by anyone on the event site.

Speed limits - Paddock 5 MPH; Access road 25 MPH

We are going to have a lot going on at this practice. PLEASE USE CAUTION at all times while on site. 
Special Rules:  Children under 18 years old MUST have a waiver signed by BOTH parents.

Closed exhaust - 100db @ 50' noise standard.

Please be courteous when using the slalom courses and skid. Please reset your own cones. Be reasonable. If there are others waiting, don't hog the area. If you are alone, practice to your hearts content.

Event officials reserve the right to make changes as needed without further notice.

The entry list will be posted one week prior to the event. Once on the entry list, your check will be cashed unless the following conditions are met:
1) Your cancellation is received by Thursday midnight prior to the event.

2) The event reaches 100 entrants.
