Event Information
Guldstrand Racing Association
presents a Practice Event:
Guldstrand and Friends Solo II Practice
When:  Saturday, October 23, 2010
Where:  Auto Club Speedway
Fees:  All CSCC members are invited to the Guldstrand and Friends Solo II Practice. The GRA members and friends have registered and the practice is now open to everybody.

Fees:

The cost for this practice will be $40 for GRA members and $60 for all CSCC members. There will be no shared run/work entries.

How to enter:

Your spot is reserved by your check in a postmarked envelope. GRA invitees (friends) must list their GRA sponsor on their check. Please include your e-mail address on your check. There will be no verbal reservations.

Please mail your checks to:

GRA
PO Box 8209
Mission Hills, CA 91346-8209

Please make checks payable to: SoCal Solo2

Entry confirmation:

Check out the message board on solo2.com for your registration conformation. There will be two lists. The first list is for GRA members and their friends. The second is a waiting list of CSCC members who will be listed in the order that their entries are received, according to the postmark . On October 15th, if there are less than 80 people on the GRA members and friends list, we will fill the remaining spots from the second/waiting list. If you have to cancel and we are able to fill your spot, we’ll destroy your check.

Times:  All entrants will need to check in at registration before 8:30 AM to choose a work group and receive their colored bracelet for that group (first come, first choice). If you desire a particular work group, you need to get there early, closer to 7:00 AM. If you haven’t checked in by 8:30 AM, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list who is there. We will use the same format as in the past. You can run all day except for your workgroup, which will last approximately 1½ hrs (there will be 5 work groups). You can run any car that has passed tech inspection. GRA will provide free coffee and muffins in the morning, with water throughout the day.

Agenda Saturday: At 6:00 AM, gate/waivers and course setup will take place (check the work list below to see if that’s you). Tech Inspection and Registration will be from 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM. Course walking will be until 8:30 AM. At 8:45 AM there will be a mandatory driver’s meeting. First car out should be at approximately 9:00 AM. After 4:30 PM, we will set up the course for Sunday.
